Tyres have lasted 30000km on rear and 25000km on front wheels of 4x4. Have used them year-round because UK temperatures allow this. 3% increase in fuel consumption compared with lower profile summer wheels and tyres. Higher noise than summer tyres. Excellent durability. No issues with edge wear being the limiting factor on tyre life. Lasted 30% longer then Pirellis.

I had Pirelli Sottozero serie ii on my last car and they were awful, but did allow me to get up the drive when covered in snow. These Alpin PA4 ZP&#39;s ride much better, grip much better and just don&#39;t really feel like a compromise unless you are really pressing on, when a summer tyre would be better. (I don&#39;t really push it when temperatures are sub zero.) 5 stars for dry grip, given its a winter tyre.
