Tyres have lasted 30000km on rear and 25000km on front wheels of 4x4. Have used them year-round because UK temperatures allow this. 3% increase in fuel consumption compared with lower profile summer wheels and tyres. Higher noise than summer tyres. Excellent durability. No issues with edge wear being the limiting factor on tyre life. Lasted 30% longer then Pirellis.

This is the only tyre in this profile/size 175/65 R15 that allows me to enjoy the mini&rsquo;s true character (the go kart handling!). This tyre has reasonable/good roll resistance (!) and great grip and handling. Most tyres these days feel like it&rsquo;s on jelly with the &ldquo;low roll resistance&rdquo; fashion. I&rsquo;ve not seen better fuel economy with the others in any case. Obviously because they grip well they wear more quickly than say a Michelin energy but really this is the only premium tyre I&rsquo;ve found that is like a sports tyre in characteristics for this profile and 15inch...which works well on the mini. It doesn&rsquo;t need big rims and low profile tyres with these continentals.

Much less road noise with these tyres on chipping type surfaces. A big improvement on tyres fitted when car was new by skoda

The tyres have been very good in the snow, combined with the 4wd of my car, and in colder and wetter days they work very well. There is a greater noise with warmer days though and I think a slight drop in the mpg.
