Have tried lots of different snow tyres over years and put these on my 3 series touring to replace the Pirelli zero&rsquo;s. If anything I thought they ran quieter than the zero&rsquo;s and plenty of grip in both dry and wet conditions. Used the in snow as well and kept everything moving which is all you want from a snow tyre.

As my Volvo is a rear wheel drive automatic I always use winter tyres. Previously had Goodyear ultra grip 9 and still have them on the front. New Goodyear ultra grip 3 on rear. We&#39;re great in the recent snow, where front wheel drives were getting stuck, no doubt on summer tyres.

Can tend to vibrate and feel through steering under acceleration

The tyres have been very good in the snow, combined with the 4wd of my car, and in colder and wetter days they work very well. There is a greater noise with warmer days though and I think a slight drop in the mpg.

These are a thoroughly dependable tyre and the Expert 2 (and the later Expert 3) are superb tyres. In addition to the stated vehicle I have a set on my wife&#39;s 2014 Audi A3 and our &#39;spare car&#39; a 2009 Fiat Panda 4x4. They are all on all year round and have acceptable wear even in hot summers

I am a careful driver. Mostly urban with some motorway driving. The tyres I chose are all season. Whilst I live in Edinburgh City, when snow falls I need to drive 800m and up 2 hills in order to get to a road that is kept clear and often there are cars and a bus strewn across the road. Amazing but true. These tyres have allowed me to bypass these cars and proceed to the swept roadway. 2 times this winter. Scarcely believable that people don&#39;t know how to drive in the snow. They are sure footed in frost too.

We have owned this car for almost 11 years now and the last 9 years have been on firstly Uniroyal MS+77 205/55 R16 91H and then for the last 3 years on AllSeason Expert 2 which is a vastly improved tyre. The latter is so much quieter and returns improved fuel consumption and I believe better grip in wintry conditions

Definitely the best tyres I&#39;ve owned to date. I&#39;m driving 28years and always had an issue or two with tyres, so decided to go for all season tyres online so I could see reviews and specs . Bought full set of 4 Rotalla after seeing reviews. I am not an overly cautious driver let&#39;s say, and I would take roundabouts at a fair enough speed, previous tyres would struggle on wet days. I instantly felt a huge difference on roundabouts, and grip on breaking on colder mornings . I&#39;m extremely happy with the road grip and performance on sunny days AND colder frosty mornings. My car feels safer to drive for sure. I drive in city, rural and motorway roads regularly so I can say I have tested these tyres fully. At a guess I&#39;ve done approx 2.5k+ miles on these tyres. Fuel efficiency has improved slightly, but my car is old, so wasnt expecting miracles. I&#39;m changing cars soon and I just hope I can get these tyres or very close to, for the new car. That&#39;s how happy I am with them. Only reason I might have not given 5 stars all round is because I cannot judge the noise or fuel based on my own cars age and knowledge of noise level. Highly recommend tho, delighted I took the chance

Really good tyres, couldnt fault them. Great grip in wet and snow. Deff. will buy them again. Why pay 100+ per tyre when You could have pair of these for this money.

These are a great tyre at a decent price point, and although the price has been creeping up, I would buy them again. The wet weather handling is especially good and gives real confidence in heavy rain.

Very confidence inspiring tyre sadly all four tyres started cracking badly at the base of the tread grove after only two years. I rated Avon tyres very highly in the past but I would never buy the brand again.

Was warned against this make and model by a friend in kwik fit who said the tyres perish and crack along the tread and I&rsquo;m aft he was right. I only ignored his advice because they were cheap.
