My car is the 90Hp 1.6TDI, CAYB engine and 5 speed transmission. I return on average 65mpg with these Fulda winter tyres on - no drop off from the summers [they were not good summers that came off it]. I drive on UK A and B roads in Shropshire, Herefordshire which are very agricultural with lots of pot holes. I killed a Fulda front tyre in 100 miles as I missed a huge pot hole at night at 50mph, the tyre did not burst but it egged - luckily I bought 6 tyres expecting a problem as the roads are horrendous and the tyres 40 series so too low profile for where I live. I drive to purposely avoid pot holes, but still catch them - the tyres and rims have survived unscathed since. I suspect they are slightly noisier than the summer but only on some road surfaces. Grip is very good in wet and predictable in the dry - not an ultimate grip tyre BUT here is my point, it appears to me on a very low power and lightweight car [1,200kg] to provide very consistent grip regardless of road surface which is what I want. Great grip in wet mud and standing water also. I would recommend for a good general tyre. I've done about 5,000 miles on them so far and wear even at 10degC is fine.

Excellent in wet superb handling and breaking
05.09.2019 from Peter
Although a "Winter" tyre they are a good all rounder mud & snow. Tyre wear is obviously not as good "summer" tyres and other tyres may be better for high speed autoroute driving.

Normal driving. Less than a year and 15.000klm the tyres have loose the grip on wet conditions.
13.04.2022 from Sahin doğan
I am using xl 97v 205 55 16. Tyre is really good in terms of driving dynamics either in snow or dry. I am more satisfied then my hankook summer tyres installed by the car manufacturer in hot weather and did not observe any weakness in snow. No effect on fuel consumption. No sign of unusual wear. It shows little weakness in aquaplaning. Its major down side is noise. If the road surface is good noise level is acceptable , but as the surface gets worse noise levels becomes unbearable. Moreover I was very satisfied in terms of road noise with my older summer tyres of which have noise level rating of 71db. I would definitely by it for a better road noise insulated car but not with my current car.

The tire works quite well on normal asphalt, but on dirt roads the lateral grip is poor. The tire is loud on the highway. The tire wears out really quickly, so I won't buy it again.
02.01.2025 from matheos
These tires are good, but for me, it is not because they are not 195/65/15. they are 195/64/15. So I have problems claiming a ramp because the car find under !!!
18.01.2024 from Rick
Never before had tyres only last 6500kms on my WRX thought it was my wheel alignment had that checked and it was fine massive camber ware when I'm only running 0.5 neg and rear tyres are at less then 50% left so definitely would not recommend at all cheap yes gets you outta trouble but not worth it

16.02.2023 from Alasdair
Fitted to the vehicle already when purchased.. They are an adequate budget tyre for perhaps city driving however they are poor in the wet. Lack any feedback in more active driving and in the wet have poor grip and braking performance with significant understeer in even damp conditions with even slightly 'active' driving. I've removed them off the car half worn and replaced with a premium brand as I'm not comfortable with their performance on mainly wet UK roads.
12.01.2023 from Ian
I bought these tires as a cheaper alternative to a Continental tire, because the grip in wet conditions was rated excellent. That seems to be true. This type of tire is designed for lower rolling resistance and increased fuel economy - often that comes with lower wet grip. Not in this case.
06.12.2022 from Yashwant
Always use this brand and model of tires. Because of its durability, and reliability. Best for me.
05.02.2022 from George "Warrior"
- Pretty good-short-braking and grip. In both wet and dry. Also, very good road feedback. - Comfort, economy, and quite tyres. With pretty good quality and price. - I will buy it again and again, for real. -Highly recommend it for me. These tires are Continental Viking 6 clones (compound, sipes, grooves, pattern, literally everything, compare yourself), branded differently and hence cheaper.... Believe me, these are very good! Buying chinese winter tires is like gambling, you never know how they will perform as the reviews are non existant for the specific tire / brand or very few.... but im here to say, these are maybe the best winter tires ive had... they are not as good as Nordic Friction tires (Nokian Hakkapelitta, well, they are the best Winter tires in the world) but just as good and/or better than the rest honestly.... like Nokian WR D4 or Continental Vik. 6.... infact they are like Continental Vik. 6 clones, you would think they are a fake version of them, but nope, they are just that good.... which is very good...
