In comparison to other Hankook tyre types i&#39;ve used over the years these were terrible verging on dangerous in respect to grip whilst breaking in all conditions. I have removed these tyres and reverted to the part worns previously fitted. There is something very wrong with the compound of these tyres.

Fitted to a 1978 Dolomite Sprint for a European endurance run. Great grip and braking - very confident drive through the Alps and on some of those crazy European motorway interchanges with tight turns. Very pleased with these tyres and will busy again for this vehicle and the modern!

The tyres have been very good in the snow, combined with the 4wd of my car, and in colder and wetter days they work very well. There is a greater noise with warmer days though and I think a slight drop in the mpg.

These tires are Continental Viking 6 clones (compound, sipes, grooves, pattern, literally everything, compare yourself), branded differently and hence cheaper.... Believe me, these are very good! Buying chinese winter tires is like gambling, you never know how they will perform as the reviews are non existant for the specific tire / brand or very few.... but im here to say, these are maybe the best winter tires ive had... they are not as good as Nordic Friction tires (Nokian Hakkapelitta, well, they are the best Winter tires in the world) but just as good and/or better than the rest honestly.... like Nokian WR D4 or Continental Vik. 6.... infact they are like Continental Vik. 6 clones, you would think they are a fake version of them, but nope, they are just that good.... which is very good...

Fitted to the vehicle already when purchased.. They are an adequate budget tyre for perhaps city driving however they are poor in the wet. Lack any feedback in more active driving and in the wet have poor grip and braking performance with significant understeer in even damp conditions with even slightly &#39;active&#39; driving. I&#39;ve removed them off the car half worn and replaced with a premium brand as I&#39;m not comfortable with their performance on mainly wet UK roads.

I bought these tires as a cheaper alternative to a Continental tire, because the grip in wet conditions was rated excellent. That seems to be true. This type of tire is designed for lower rolling resistance and increased fuel economy - often that comes with lower wet grip. Not in this case.

Bought these to supplement some identical branded ones with a 2021 date code. The newer tyres are made in India, have much thicker sidewalls, the rubber feels harder and they weigh noticeably more. I&#39;ve put them on the back and they&#39;re ok, but the quality has certainly dropped.

I noted a vibration when over 60 MPH on the motorway, a few days after the tyres were fitted and balanced. i took them for rebalancing, but this did not stop the vibration sensed through the steering wheel. Jacking up the front wheels I found that one tyre had a flat spot about 70mm long and 3 mm deep. Instead of returning this for replacement it was quicker and more convenient to switch the tyre from front to back, the vibration was then not noticeable on the steering wheel. I have had this brand and type for years and this was the first problem.

Quiet and reliable. Roadholding is very good and wear appears low. I had previously fitted two of the same tyre to the rear and this was to complete the set. Very pleased

Really excellent in the dry for an all-season tyre. Very progressive handling, too. Even at the Nordschleife racetrack they were unvelievable. Infinite amount of grip, you can feel your eyes about to exit your head when braking for every corner. Having driven around fields and private roads from age 11, I passed my test at 17 yrs and 4 months. I have driven on 4 continents, raced and rallied for 20 years in the UK and towed a caravan for 35 years. I am now aged 79 yrs and only travel about 6000 miles per year. I choose Uniroyal for it&#39;s wet grip versus price, as a form of security against being caught out at my age!
