These tires are Continental Viking 6 clones (compound, sipes, grooves, pattern, literally everything, compare yourself), branded differently and hence cheaper.... Believe me, these are very good! Buying chinese winter tires is like gambling, you never know how they will perform as the reviews are non existant for the specific tire / brand or very few.... but im here to say, these are maybe the best winter tires ive had... they are not as good as Nordic Friction tires (Nokian Hakkapelitta, well, they are the best Winter tires in the world) but just as good and/or better than the rest honestly.... like Nokian WR D4 or Continental Vik. 6.... infact they are like Continental Vik. 6 clones, you would think they are a fake version of them, but nope, they are just that good.... which is very good...

Having driven around fields and private roads from age 11, I passed my test at 17 yrs and 4 months. I have driven on 4 continents, raced and rallied for 20 years in the UK and towed a caravan for 35 years. I am now aged 79 yrs and only travel about 6000 miles per year. I choose Uniroyal for it&#39;s wet grip versus price, as a form of security against being caught out at my age!

I have tried virtually every chinese built tyre over the years on my classic mini and they dont last more than 5000 miles. The rubber compound is too soft, I get through at least one set of tyres a year. They were cheap but are now getting more expensive. Tyres from mytyres are shipped from germany, not oxford, and mine took 6 weeks to arrive...

The tyres have been very good in the snow, combined with the 4wd of my car, and in colder and wetter days they work very well. There is a greater noise with warmer days though and I think a slight drop in the mpg.

I chose this tyre as the design is sympathetic to my modern classic car and benefits from the advanced tyre technology and manufacturing quality of the brand owner Continental Tyres. Still riding on the original 28 year old Michelin MXV2 rubber, my main motivation in replacing the tyres was safety, but I wasn&#39;t expecting much of a change in handling. However, I am pleased to report that ride comfort, steering precision, dry road grip and ride comfort have all improved dramatically. My mileage so far is not sufficient to comment on wear or wet road grip.

Most mileage usually on salt treated country &amp; city roads but have been out on untreated virgin snow. They have performed well on a wide variety of hills and steep slopes. Always felt in full control whatever the conditions. Have been buying my tyres here for over 10 years and often go for the cheapest option, but have never wished I&#39;d gone for the more expensive. Great value for money.

Very good grip in the wet/snow and icy conditions. Noise is a little louder than what i would of thought, but this is what you get from these winter tires i suppose. I recommend these tires for people who use mainly city driving, that way the noise isn&#39;t a problem.

Noisy tires. Every day i hear it around 80kmh. Like your car is defect. This all since i have this bad tires. I dont buy this again.

Affordable tires. But the biggest problem is everytime the noise around the 80kmh. Like your wheelbearings are defect. I read more complains about this tire about the noise. China tires.... They promise a lot (extreme low noise in the specs... But in real you buy &quot;crap&quot;.
