I have been driving since May 1964 in UK and on the Continent and New Zealand. I consider myself a considerate road user, conscious of other vehicles and their placement on the road. I try to drive as safely and frugally as possible, although I do let my hair down (if I had enough!) when driving my MGTF135 Sports Car on clear roads. I will use the Volvo&#39;s power and acceleration when it is necessary to do so, so reducing any exposure to danger- but that does reduce the mpg factor! I have used Bravuris tyres since I bought the car in 2014 and found them excellent value for money.

Our other car is a kuga and if I was reviewing it on that it would be a differant review however given the car has over 300lb/ft of torque these aren&#39;t the tyres you want on the rears (they were on the car when I bought it). In the wet the traction control light is a permenant fixture if I get spirited and corners can be challenging if taken with some gusto so in short on a focus or an Astra fine but something with a bit of oomph I would pass on them and spend a bit more. You&#39;ll only end up taking them off

Tyres had side sway when changing lanes. 1st blowout on 20000 2nd blowout on 30000 and at 40000 last remaining Tyres has wall cracks in inside walls of rear Tyres. Definitely a tyre manufacturer problem. Dealer and supplier is saying I overloaded the tyre and drove on flat tyres. The remaining two tyres are available for evaluation.

The tires are much more supple than the OEM Bridgestone Ecopias. Ride is much improved. Wear seems better. Ecopias have little tread depth. No discernible change in economy. A great tyre and at about half the price. Have already bought another set for the future in case Dunlops become in short supply!

Fairly good on dry roads, let you know in advance when you are pushing near its limits (they &ldquo;scream&rdquo; loud and clear); the braking is pretty good also On wet roads they are a pain in the butt: lots of wheel spinning (yes, in a Sharan!! Looks like a fwd sports car) whenever you want to put the car in motion, loads of &ldquo;fun&rdquo; on the curves and aquaplanning guaranteed. Braking not that bad Would buy again because of the price IF it didn&rsquo;t rain!! &#x1F602;

Sticks well to the road on corners in all conditions at all speeds. Gives confidence. Tyre is 225/40 R18. Not size available in drop down menu here. Built in kerb protection is welcome on such low profile tyres. Good value tyres, have used this brand for years over about 500,000miles with no issues, lasting 30000 miles plus on drive axles and had 66000miles on trailing rear axle pair!

Driving within my own ability and the ability of the vehicle I choose to drive is what I do. The tyres on my car are part of the interface between driver and road. I prefer to drive with the tyres fully inflated in order to feel the feedback from the surface of the road through noise, suspension and steering, I ballance throttle and brake response with weather conditions, road conditions and temperature. Tyres with less grip just dictate that I should moderate speed and braking at an increased rate. Noisey tyres provide slightly better feedback than silent tyres. The road with current traffic congestion burden isnt the place for performance spirited driving but is the place where defensive driving must be used. I would describe my tyres as competent.
