Well,im suprised about the drivind experience with those tyres...For me there are a very soft snow tyre... With a lot of gaps to repell the snow..In dry conditions you feel a little &quot;wobly&quot; effect above 120km..Im not recomend for high speed..But for snow and rain im very satisfied...

These are a great tyre at a decent price point, and although the price has been creeping up, I would buy them again. The wet weather handling is especially good and gives real confidence in heavy rain.

Very confidence inspiring tyre sadly all four tyres started cracking badly at the base of the tread grove after only two years. I rated Avon tyres very highly in the past but I would never buy the brand again.

Was warned against this make and model by a friend in kwik fit who said the tyres perish and crack along the tread and I&rsquo;m aft he was right. I only ignored his advice because they were cheap.

When I bought the car in September last year it had recently been fitted with Kumho Ecsta PS71. These were quite skippy on the wet roads despite being marketed as a good performer in wet conditions. Since fitting the CrossClimate 2&#39;s I have had far better grip in the wet and winter conditions. We have had loads of rain, flooded roads then ice and then a week of snow. These tyres give confidence in these conditions and help improve the safety of your drive in those conditions. Will buy again.

When I bought my BMW 3 series I had off brand summer tyres on it. I bought Michelin Crossclimate 2 tyres for it and noticed the difference in the handling on dry roads immediately. The car was much firmer and secure on the road when driving at speed. When driving in the torrential wet I found these tyres to struggle a bit but general rain fall they are fine. Took a year and a half before I got serious snow to test them in. I had to drive home 30 miles on rural roads at 5am with no snow tracks to help and to make things harder I was in a rear wheel BMW. These tyres handle it perfectly, they are incredible in snow. Finally, I am a year and a half/ 10000 miles into them and they easy have another 7K/8K worth of miles in them. 5 stars all round, I&#39;m buying them again no question.

Grip on wet roads is excellent. No snow since purchase, so can only estimate it as very good. Comfortable ride, but slightly noisier than a regular tyre. Car handles very well on the Crossclimates.

In comparison to other Hankook tyre types i&#39;ve used over the years these were terrible verging on dangerous in respect to grip whilst breaking in all conditions. I have removed these tyres and reverted to the part worns previously fitted. There is something very wrong with the compound of these tyres.

Fitted to a 1978 Dolomite Sprint for a European endurance run. Great grip and braking - very confident drive through the Alps and on some of those crazy European motorway interchanges with tight turns. Very pleased with these tyres and will busy again for this vehicle and the modern!

Very good grip on snow, good on icy roads too, but like most of the winter tyres they a bit slippery on wet road. I&rsquo;m driving on winter time like on summer so you can imagine what these tyres handling.

The tyres were comfortable and not noisy, but wore out a lot. The grip on wet roads is quite bad, and it was since they were new, but only got worse with wear. In the end had to replace them because the lack of grip in the rainy season.

Used Quadraxers for years on the family cars. Very good on wet, muddy roads and the occasional bit of snow on Dartmoor. Excellent resistance to aquaplaning. The new version us just as good if not better. they do generate a bit more road noise than a summer tyre but so do most if not all winter / 4 seasons types. A small price to pay.

In snow they really show off - very sure with good braking and control. Even when they slip if too much torque applied, they are very controllable. In normal driving in wet or dry they perform well. Have towed caravan too and still maintain performance on front wheel drive car. Only two criticisms - fuel consumption seems a bit higher than before and they wear a bit faster (although it is perhaps a little early to be sure of that one).

First time use Maxxis tyres, has worn on front wheels. Can&rsquo;t believe that tyres from budget class, for me a lot better than previous Uniroyal Rainsport 3. Quality to price, definitely recommended, probably will use again.

These tyres are quiet and grip well in the dry. They also brake well in the wet too and have good aquaplaning resistance. Fuel economy is fine too. However, on a wet road when going around a roundabout at anything over 25mph they loose lateral grip and the car slides sideways. If you push on the power then they completely break off and the car understeers. I am used to it now and drive gently but could be a bit dangerous for those who aren&#39;t experienced drivers. Also on cold damp roads they lose traction at low speeds when turning full lock in a manouvere, sending the ESP system off. I am disappointed because of this and won&#39;t buy again or recommend.

The worst fault i have found with these tyres are cornering. Even at relatively slow speed the vehicle slides, giving up grip rather easy. They remind me of a set of Falcons a purchased a few year back. Not good. Apart from that, an all round decent cheap tyre. Previous tyre i had on Accord were Michelon. A hard act to follow but at &pound;185 a corner !!!!
